• The property is only accessible via the door code entry system.
• Reception is normally attended between 9.30am and 5.00pm or team members can be contacted via the telephone on the first-floor lobby.
• Outwith Reception hours, all suites are accessible via front door keys accessed from the code entry system key boxes on the first floor lobby.
• The property is stair access only – No lift. 2 Suites per floor (Max 3 floors)
• Wide staircase (Width 100cm) with sensor lights to 1st floor landing to guide guests and staff.
• A further protected stairwell allows access to floor 2 landing (Suites 4 and 5) and floor 3 landing (Suites 6 and 7). All floors and stairwells have sensor lights to guide staff and guests.
• Emergency lights in each stairwell and on each landing in case of a power outage.
• The fire exit is via the main entrance door or continuing to the bottom of the protected stairwell via the external staircase to the alley at the rear of the building and exiting the Fire Exit marked doors accessing Church Street.
• Guests with reduced mobility or hearing should ensure the Red FIRE Personal Safety Hook is placed on the lobby side hook, outside the apartment door on check-in.
• Apartments are not disability friendly- separate shower and bath, some bathrooms not large enough for wheelchairs, no rails, or handlebars, corridors are wide enough for wheelchairs however, heavy fire doors throughout.
